Tropical Health Alliance Foundation (THAF) is helping to prevent one of Ethiopia’s most devastating problems-the tragic loss of life among mothers and children in the absence of prenatal care, adequate birthing facilities and trained healthcare workers. THAF works with front line organizations to bring relief to women and children. We help these organizations provide maternity services, primary medical care and health education. THAF sponsors the training of urgently needed healthcare workers and supplements the efforts of organizations to build healthcare facilities.
